- All first year and returning Varsity Rowers, both Men and Women.
- Experienced coxswains may sign-up for a reduced fee ($375)

Program
Description:
|
This camp will focus on preparing the athletes for the 2025- 2026 Varsity Season, by building fitness, and developing technical abilities. Athletes will engage in both coached water time and fitness land training each week. The program will be led by the LGRC Coaching Staff. Athletes will train in sweep and sculling boats to include 1x’s, 2x’s, 4x’s, 2-‘s, 4+’s and 8’s.
LGRC will be hosting a series of "Speed Order" races for all program participants at Lexington later in July and in early August. We will be inviting other local programs to come and participate in the "Speed Orders." This program is for LGRC junior program athletes. Athletes from college or other junior programs will be allowed to join only if there is space.
