FOR DRISCOLL'S INC EMPLOYEES ONLY. Please do not register if you are not a part of the teambuilding event.
Learn the fundamentals of sweep rowing (each rower has one oar). The program begins with an introduction to the boathouse and equipment, rowing terminology, safety procedures, and rowing technique on 'Concept 2' indoor rowing machines. After that, you're on the water!
Each 8-person shell will have 6 new rowers along with 1 experienced rower and coxswain. Participants must be able to swim (a swim waiver is required), and lift 30 lbs overhead. Please bring signed waivers to the first meeting.
