Program Description
|
The focus of the program will be on developing technique for Fall (head style Regattas). A significant portion of the program will focus on skills development and rowing efficiency include some ERG work for developing skills and land work to improve flexibility and strength. We may enter some head races at the requiest of the session participant, (not required)
