| Sculling 1: Sculling Technique and Conditioning Program

| Program Description |
A 3 days/week, 7-week program in singles providing structured training for experienced scullers with personalized technique coaching, to increase conditioning and performance. Scheduled curriculum of on-the-water workout sessions will teach training protocols that improve technique and fitness. Scullers wanting to race in regattas can train in this program. Program eligibility may be evaluated and determined by the coach.
Tuesday: Technique, drill, workout
Thursday: Training workout
Saturday: Race Day with Sculling 2 athletes
